Adds a test container for Azure service bus emulator.
Requires azure-messaging-servicebus >= 7.17.8.
The Microsoft documentation use
sqledgein the docker compose example, but the Sql edge container crash on startup, so theAzureServicebusEmulatorContaineruseMSSQLServerContainer.SQL Edge may have smaller foot print than Sqlserver.
